HOW TO ORDER AN LML ITALIA SCOOTER
LML Italia scooters first country of landing is Italy and so therefore imported in to the UK from another EU state. As a consequence they way we register them is slightly different to the British spec Star & Toscana.
These scooters are Italian -European specification but come with multi lingual owners manual inc English, superior quality, Italian seat covers, and other Q.A. items. They are also offered with a two year LML Italia warranty. To place your order for one of these great scooters we need to follow these steps.
1. Contact us to register your order and for us to get your info. Also
advise us of any extras you require.
2. Pay for the scooter. We need you to do this in full for the scooter
(not accessories or engine packages, that can be done later)
because we are going to register it in your name.
3. Once paid for we will issue you your new registration number.
4. With your new registration number please arrange insurance and
forward to us the cover note with the reg number on.
5. Identification, with the British spec scooters we only require 2 casual
forms of i.d such as 2x utility billls.
With LML Italia we require one address check (to prove address)
such as the paper part of your driving license & one formal item
(to prove identity) such as from the following list: UK/EU or foreign
passport, Marriage certificate, Decree nisi/absolute Birth Certificate,
National identity card. Please be sure to use registered post.
IN SUMMARY, once we have payment, insurance and 2x I.d’s we will then submit to dvla for first registration. This only takes a day or two.
